Professional Leadership

Co-founded in 1996 by Dianne McGee and Christine Teeple, Identify, Inc. shares a commitment to outstanding results, and it shows in every relationship we build. All consultants are carefully selected for their professionalism and extensive experience in human resources and recruiting. With every assignment, our Executive Officers remain highly involved, managing and overseeing each search. Because we partner with our clients, we have a bigger stake in the outcome of our projects and strive to make the most valuable contribution possible.

Identify offers a significant advantage by having Executive Officers with corporate experience within the types of companies we serve. We utilize out internal staffing, retained search and human resources experience to give you a perspective from all vantage points.

Executive Officers

Dianne McGee understands how to motivate people and build employee/employer relationships that work. Dianne has more than 15 years of experience specializing in recruiting and compensation. She spent ten years with First Interstate Bank in various human resources and marketing positions. She also served as Senior Recruiter for professional-level staff of the Administrative, Finance and Retail Divisions of the Commercial Bank. Dianne later moved into the compensation arena to design and manage base incentive compensation programs for 5000 employees of the Retail Banking and Mortgage Banking divisions. She was a key task force member in the corporation's migration of 10,000 job titles into a common job family structure, incorporating a broad-band salary structure.

As a consultant, Dianne has used her recruiting and compensation knowledge to benefit clients such as City National Bank, Arthur Andersen LLP and Pacific Bell Interactive Media. Dianne received a B.S. from the University of Southern California.

Christine Teeple brings over 20 years of human resources and recruiting management experience to Identify. She has successfully managed a region of six offices covering three states with revenues exceeding $10 million per year. Her responsibilities included human resources management, recruiting, sales and major project coordination. Christine also has expertise designing and conducting multi-level training programs and developing innovative staffing programs for clients. She has a reputation of effectively meeting the staffing requirements of large organizations such as TeleTech, AT&T, University of Southern California, ARCO, Norwest and many others.

Christine has recruited candidates for a variety of disciplines and industries. These include technical, finance, human resources, management, sales and marketing for the banking, financial, telecommunications industries as well as the non-profit and education sectors. Additionally Christine leads the firm's human resources practice. She holds a B.A. from Arizona State University.
